The crew at this eatery was super accommodating, bringing out meals and responding to questions, among other things. Plus, the lunch was absolutely tasty—sure, it might be a tad pricey, but it’s truly one of a kind. A real gem to visit!

I visited with a buddy, and we often stop by. My friend picked up a farewell gift for someone, and as we were leaving, Cliff wrapped it up. What a wonderful dude! You really made our trip awesome! Thanks a ton, Cliff! Can't wait to come back and see you again.

These cherry blossom trees are just gorgeous! I snagged them at half price during a sale, so it’s like I got two for the price of one, if you catch my drift.

We walked in looking for a bite to eat and were shocked by how much the food cost at the cafe. £12 for a sandwich and £15 for a veggie curry? That's just crazy. So, we decided to leave.

I placed an order for almost £300 during the sale, but ended up with only £16 in goods. Three of the pricier items I wanted never showed up, and the one that did was totally broken, looking like it was either an ex-display or a used return. Bents said those items were out of stock when I made my order; however, I checked stock levels for one item and it let me add four to my basket, even though they claimed none were available just a day before the big 50% sale. It seems like the packer messed up my order by leaving off the items at the bottom of the list. After I followed up, they were out of stock for several days, so I ended up with hardly anything, just a few stocking fillers. They did refund the missing and broken items without any hassle, but now those items are sold out everywhere, and I’m gonna miss out when I could’ve snagged them from somewhere else. Even if their stock system really did have issues, I still lost out on stuff I’d been waiting for ages and could’ve bought during the sales, so I won’t be shopping there again. I even suggested they offer me those items at the sale price when they get restocked, but they didn’t bother to reply to that.

Gorgeous Christmas ornaments. Arrived right on schedule, packed up really well. I’d surely shop with Bents again. Fantastic service.

The transaction and delivery went off without a hitch, but sadly the item was defective. On the bright side, the return and refund process was smooth as can be.

I didn’t get any word about when my items were ready to pick up, so I had to make a call. When I finally went to collect, one of the items was missing, and I got a refund, but once again, there was no word about it.

This was my first time shopping at bents.co.uk. I picked up a few Christmas goodies on sale, and they showed up fast, all wrapped up nicely. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I ordered three products during the Christmas sale for click and collect on December 26th. I got an email indicating that the items were dispatched along with a tracking link that didn’t function. On January 8th, I took a trip to the store only to find out that the items were just sitting there, waiting for me to pick them up. I frequently shop online for click and collect and usually get an email notifying me when my items are ready.

I got a part of my order that was damaged, and that's why I took off a star. I reached out to Bents through email, and they sorted it all out in less than a day; really impressive service!

I made my purchase online, and it was a breeze picking out what I wanted. Everything arrived nicely packed and right on schedule.

I gave a 5-star rating for my time with Bents. They're a fantastic company to work with, but it seemed like I got a 4.5 instead???

This place is truly fantastic to check out. There are so many delightful items to purchase. The staff are super helpful and really accommodating.
